Guided Meditation Drop-in Sessions in Canberra
Our drop-in meditation sessions are a good opportunity to practice meditation in a supportive environment. The sessions are open to everyone at all levels of experience. Come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in our centre.
Cushions and chairs provided.
Sessions every Friday from 6.00 to 6.45 pm.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO DROP IN MEDITATION AT THE RIGPA CENTRE CANBERRA ON GOOD FRIDAY APRIL 18 OR ANZAC DAY APRIL 25.
