Most of us long to be loved and to become more loving; instead we often find ourselves feeling more and more lonely, frustrated and hard-hearted. Loving kindness practice gently erodes the habits that block our natural feelings of love.

We invite you to a two day non-residential retreat in mid-April 2012 with Andrew Warr, who has been a student of Sogyal Rinpoche for over 25 years, and who now specialises in presenting Loving Kindness meditation.

DATES and TIMES: Saturday 14 April and Sunday 15 April, 2012 - 9:30 am to 5:00pm.

FEE: For the two day event, $160 full, $100 concession. There is an earlybird discount if you book before 29 February, $140 full, $90 concession.
