Rigpa Canberra is located above the Cornucopia Bakery and Electric Shadows Bookshop in Braddon. The entrance is next to the bakery.

What Meditation Really Is

Five week Meditation Course
From May 3
Rigpa Centre Braddon

Module two of a unique course specially developed by Sogyal Rinpoche. Led by experienced meditators, it offers a complete introduction to meditation.

Students do not need to have completed module one to enrol, as
the course is designed so that people may join at this point.

Starts Thursday May 3.

Please arrive at 7 pm to register. Sessions run from 7.15 pm to
9.30 pm on Thursdays.

Guided Meditation

Open to everyone at all levels of experience.

Come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre.

Sessions every Friday from 6.00 to 6.45 pm.

Meditation sessions include 45 minutes of guided sitting meditation divided into 15 minute segments.

Please arrive 10 minutes before practice begins.

Cushions and chairs provided.

Payment by donation.
