Weekly meditation nights

Open to everyone at all levels of experience. Come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our Centre in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

On the last Friday night of each month after meditation finishes, a video will be screened of a teaching by Sogyal Rinpoche. Everyone welcome.

Tuesday evenings - 6:00 to 7:00 pm - Unifying Practice

  • One hour of meditation interspersed with mantra and basic instruction.

Friday evenings - 7:00 to 8:00 pm - Shamatha Practice

  • One hour of meditation, with guidance.

Please arrive 10 minutes before practice begins. Cushions and chairs provided.

Payment by donation.

Rigpa Sydney is located near Central Station and Railway Square, behind the Mercure Hotel. The entrance to our building is off Little Regent Street. See map.
